I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives and businesses of licensed beauty and barber school industry professionals. Over the past 25 years, my career has evolved to allow me to do what I love in an industry I am passionate about, alongside peers I respect and admire. If I had to sum up my mission in one word, it would be IMPACT. For me, it's not about personal recognition or accolades. Instead, it's about making an impactful imprint on the lives of beauty and barber school owners and their students, helping them to become successful and profitable while providing educational excellence as the outcome of every activity.
In 2020, my dream became a reality when I launched Traction and Momentum, the first beauty and barber school owner conference that focuses on operations management, leadership, and strategic planning. My goal is to provide formal operations training that equips school owners with the same knowledge used by large national corporate school chains. By focusing on educational excellence through executive-level training, I hope to help beauty and barber school owners drive their businesses forward, create sustainable growth, and provide the highest quality education to their students.
